After conducting thorough research and creative brainstorming, I envisioned producing a intriguing fisherman's dreamscape for this project. I studied and applied various rendering techniques to my illustration. I then brought the concept to life, digitally assembling and refining each element using Adobe Photoshop.

Brief: Frankston CIty Council are aiming to make vacant shop-fronts look revitalised with eye-catching mural art, with the hope to encourage tenancy.
Since the dimensions of the shop-fronts were not known or supplied, we opted for a versatile solution: a vector seamless pattern. This approach allowed us to adapt the design to any window size. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant tattoo culture in Frankston and the rich marine life of the area, I fused elements of Sailor Jerry's iconic style and Port Phillip bay sea animals.
